Practical information about booking a coffee van for your event.
How do we book a coffee van?
Choose the coffee van in the booking flow and tell us the date, guests and venue. We confirm your request personally. There is no payment or automatic reservation.
How much space does the van need?
The recorded van dimensions are length 3 m, width 1,5 m, height 2,2 m. Extra space is needed for access, serving and setup. We confirm total space and power requirements with you before the event.
Can we combine several vans?
Yes. Choose several vans and the quantity of each in either flow. Combine the coffee van with coffee, street food or dessert to suit your event.
Can we put our logo on the van?
Yes. We offer a logo on the van or a full wrap in your design. Cups and coffee bags can carry your logo too. Tell us what you have in mind in the branding step or your quote request.
